So, if you playing games while on balanced mode it will increase your TDP & Peformance to max your gaming experience, It will affect the TDP etc but it depends what app you run at the moment. My LV & Windows Setting (As you can see, i match the LV settings with Windows 10 Battery Settings) Set your LV to Cool & Quiet/Battery Saver then set your Windows 10 settings to Battery Saver/Power Saver Set LV to Peformance (In my case, my LV high peformance setup called "Peformance") and then set your Windows 10 battery setting to Best Peformance/High Peformance In my opinion, you better match your LV settings with your Win 10 Battery settings.
